Scroll to learn about upcoming camp, conditioning and dryland offerings

Take your Skiing or Riding to the next level.

Take advantage of world-class training venues across the globe, work one-on-one with talented coaches, and get a leg up on your competition once the snow flies.

Strength and Conditioning: one belief is unanimous among our coaches - if our athletes can enter next season being STRONGER and MORE FIT than ever before, each will have the best chance of performing to their full potential. This has become and will remain a PRIMARY FOCUS and we're expecting our athletes to join us and take part in one way or another.

With spring/summer on-snow camps cancelled, we are excited to offer regularly scheduled dryland training sessions in the Belleayre, Gore and Lake Placid area.

  • Belleayre- Saturdays @ 9AM
  • Gore- Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
  • Lake Placid area-Monday @ 3PM, Wednesdays @ 3PM, Saturdays @ 9AM

Athletes can enroll in fall dryland training based on age and level of commitment. Registration and program descriptions can be found on nysef.org/registration.

NYSEF Monthly Fitness Testing: U.S. Ski and Snowboard launched its SkillsQuest Fitness program in 2019 .In line with this initiative, we have chosen five exercises to be tested monthly and submitted to the head group coach. We started elements of this process with many of our athletes last fall and are VERY excited to be introducing it to all of our U14+ athletes. We strongly feel that this will make a difference in what we all see on snow. Click here for more details.

NYSEF is excited to offer Fall Nordic Programming. The Devo and Youth program is fun focused for athletes learning the fundamentals of roller-skiing/jumping and focuses on other endurance based fitness. The Junior program is for athletes focused on national and international competition in cross- country skiing, ski jumping or Nordic Combined. Registration and program descriptions can be found on nysef.org/registration.

NYSEF will be offering daily training Wednesday through Sunday each week via our freeride coaches Gavin Fritz, Jackson Deeney, and new this season Yari Novak, formerly of the Eastern Aerial Development Program. Check out the announcement! Ready to register? For questions regarding, please contact freeridecamps@nysef.org. See you at the pool!
