The IRONKIDS Lake Placid Dip-n-Dash and Fun Run is back for 2023! This year’s event will be hosted by the New York Ski Educational Foundation (NYSEF), a non-profit that provides opportunities for athletes of all ages to reach their potential in snow sports.

For 50 years, NYSEF has been training the next generation of winter sports athletes through professional guidance and financial support. We are excited to be your host for this year’s IRONKIDS Lake Placid event.
