Here's what you'll need:
First, review the below descriptions to select the program or programs you are registering for.
An image of your HEALTH INSURANCE CARD
You'll need information including:
Any known allergies;
Any medications taken regularly;
Confirm the athlete has had a physical exam within the last year; and
U.S. Ski and Snowboard member number/USASA number, (if applicable).
2020 - 2021 NYSEF REFUND POLICY:
Our COVID-19 credit policy will be in line with ORDA SKI3 Assurance. If NYSEF programs need to fully close due to COVID-19 between December 1, 2020 and March 15, 2021, NYSEF members can receive a proportional credit towards upcoming camps, summer programs and 21/22 programming based on the total number of days that the venue closed and your pass was valid. This credit will be issued at the end of the season via TeamSnap. Otherwise, our traditional refund policy will continue to be no refunds of program fees unless a medical condition occurs before January 1, 2021 for winter training (July 1, 2021 for summer training) which prohibits participation in the program for the remainder of the season. In that case, a refund of 50% of the program fee may be issued.
WORK DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
A work deposit of $300 is required with program enrollment (1 per family). A minimum of 2 volunteer days needed to fulfill work requirement - after work requirement is met work deposits may be refunded or donated. Work deposit donors will receive a tax donation receipt. ALL work deposit refund requests must be made on or before April 1, 2021.
