2019-2020 Program Registration is OPEN!

Please read carefully!

Here's what you'll need:

  1. First, review the 2019-2020 Program Descriptions and Pricing to select the program or programs you are registering for.

  2. An image of your HEALTH INSURANCE CARD

  3. HEAD SHOT

  4. You'll need information including:

    1. Any known allergies

    2. Any medications taken regularly

    3. Confirm the athlete has had a physical exam within the last year

    4. US Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) number, if applicable

***Remember to "Add Participant" for each athlete during the registration process to receive the 5% multi-child discount on each child!***

NYSEF REFUND POLICY:
There are no refunds of program fees unless a medical condition occurs before January 1, 2020 for winter training (July 1, 2020 for summer training) which prohibits participation in the program for the remainder of the season. In that case, a refund of 50% of the program fee will be issued.

WORK DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:

A work deposit of $300 is required with program enrollment (1 per family). A minimum of 2 volunteer days needed to fulfill work requirement - after work requirement is met work deposits may be refunded or donated. Work deposit donors will receive a tax donation receipt. ALL work deposit refund requests must be made on or before April 15, 2020.
