NYSEF U14 Alpine athletes competed in Snowridge and McCauley Mountain Ski Center this weekend, January 21-21.

EAST EXCELSIOR CUP DUAL Slalom took place at Snowridge Ski Resort on January 20. Rowen Norfolk of Lake Placid, N.Y. landed first place on the podium. Rowen is having a great start to the season winning the Hovey GS and also showcasing his SL skills at Snowridge. Zachary Paton from Cahoes, N.Y. placed 3rd. Zachary ski and trains with Gore Mountain. NYSEF has two alpine locations at both Whiteface and Gore.

In the Girls U14 race, Emma Reynolds followed her Hovey partner, Rowen Norfolk and took first place in the dual SL event.

On Sunday, January 21, athletes raced at McCauley Mountain Ski Center located in Old Forge, N.Y. Results from the event will be posted shortly.
