NYSEF U14 alpine athletes race in Belleayre and Windham this past weekend (February 10-11). These races determined the rankings of the U14 Excelsior Cup. These rankings are used to determine the qualifiers for the NYSSRA U14 State Championships at Whiteface on March 1-4, 2018.

At Belleayre NYSEF Girls landed in the top 3:

Sonja Toishi placed first
Karleigh Hollister placed second
Kate Broderick placed third

For the Boys, NYSEF athletes took first and third:

Rowen Norfolk took first place and Benjamin Poisson took third place

The following day, several of the same athletes moved to the top being ranked at the top in the qualifier rankings for the NYSSRA U14 State Championships:

Emma Reynolds placed first, Sonja Toishi placed second  and Mckenna From placed third for Girls. Final Results can be found here.
