On Saturday, September 14, NYSEF/Northwood will be hosting a Stop the Bleed Spin-a-Thon during the Adirondack Rollerski Series (in the parking lot of the Olympic Ski Jumping Complex in Lake Placid). We are expecting as many athletes and families to hop on the spin bikes so we can keep them going all day. Time slots will begin at 8AM. If you are joining us in Lake Placid, sign up for your spin bike here.

There will also be a BBQ in the parking lot from 11AM-2PM. Funds raised will support the stop the bleed program with the Kelly Brush Foundation.

Unable to physically attend? No problem! For those unable to join us in Lake Placid, there is always the option to do a virtual ride at the convenience of your home or put together a group ride or support the team through a donation.

Ready to get started? In order to join, you will need to register for the Stop the Bleed Spin-a-Thon on our NYSEF/Northwood Team Page. Then start fundraising! Our hope is that each participant can raise $200 or more for this important program that developed due to an incident at our home ski area, Whiteface.

Thank you for being a part of this really important event and we can’t wait to see you.

More details on the day of activities will be coming soon!
