This week the NYSEF-Gore race crew and staff are hard at work getting the trail, Echo ready for the Women’s FIS SG/GS races. Additionally, we are hosting 65 athletes from the Tufts University alpine ski team for a week of training.
In other great news, we are getting NEW RACE BIBS! We are anxiously awaiting their arrival – big THANKS to our sponsors, The Sports Page and Gore Mountain Lodge / becks TAVERN.

Finally, the next few weeks will be busy at Gore starting on Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend with the Shenendehowa High School GS race on Echo, and USASA skier/boarder cross at the North Creek Ski Bowl. Next week, we’re into the 4-day FIS series (mentioned above) then right into NYSSRA Super G events for the following two weekends. The action never stops!
A US Ski & Snowboard course setting clinic and a Level 200 Coaches Clinic will in the mix too. ALL in ALL, an exciting and busy next few weeks at NYSEF Gore.
