The 2021 ski season will be here in short order; to give our athletes the best chance of success at achieving their goals for this upcoming season, we would like to begin a training regimen* before the first snow.

This training will be open to all of our athletes with YOB 2010 and older and will include aerobic, calisthenics, team building and agility exercises. The sessions are scheduled to be on Saturdays, beginning July 11.**
