Freeride Strength and Conditioning 

Coach Gavin, with help from Coach Jackson, and inspiration from our newest Freeride Pool/Tramps/Jump coach, Yari Novak, has put together a workout that you can do to prep for the season as well as use in-season to increase strength, flexibility, and conditioning.  Whether or not you’ve been able to take part in a Fall sport, we hope you’ve been able to stay active and ready for the season. Either way, take a look at the NYSEF_Freeride_Flex_Strength_Conditioning_2020-2021 and set your first goal – to be ready to make the most of on-snow training starting Day 1.
