Join NYSEF to refine your coordination on snow with gymnastics training this fall led by Head Coach Yarka Novakova, international level gymnast/trampoline coach and former co-owner of Novak’s Gym in Northern Virginia with her husband, Yari Novak.
What:  Gymnastic training to develop coordination, strength and general pre-season conditioning for competitive athletes.
Who can sign up: All enrolled NYSEF athletes from any discipline
When: Every Monday and Wednesday starting October 25 through December 8 (no classes Thanksgiving week)
Drop-off: 5:30pm
Pick-up: 7:00pm
Where: Lake Placid Center of the Arts (LPCA)
