The New York Ski Educational Foundation’s (NYSEF) Annual Summer Benefit has traditionally taken place at the end of August at Heaven Hill Farm in Lake Placid. Although COVID-19 guidelines are lightening up, we still have some restrictions that will prevent us from having our annual benefit in the same capacity as we did in the past. With this in mind, we will be holding smaller regional gatherings along with an online auction to celebrate NYSEF and keep the spirit of this event alive! Please save the date for the events in your area:
Catskills region: Saturday, August 14
Lake Placid/Wilmington region: Sunday, August 22
North Creek/Glens Falls region: Saturday, September 11
NYSEF will communicate with members closer to the event date with details on how to support this year’s benefit either through a donation and/or bidding on an auction item!
The Summer Benefit Online Auction will take place August 18 – August 22. Please consider donating an item to help us make this year’s event a success. Whether you or someone you know is the owner of a time-share, a crafter, and/or business owner looking to donate an item, please contact Danielle at email@example.com ! Some popular items have included:
- Vacation homes or timeshares
- Gift certificates for restaurants or professional services
- Tickets to a sporting event, concert, music festival, or theater production
- Handmade items like corn hole, picnic tables, ski racks, etc.
