NYSEF alum Lowell Bailey proved his success at the World Championships in Austria wasn’t a fluke by taking silver in the pre-Olympic Test World Cup in PyeongChang, South Korea, finishing 40 seconds behind winner Julian Eberhard of Austria, and 4.7 seconds ahead of multiple-time World Champion, 16/17 Overall World Cup Winner and multiple time gold medalist Martin Fourcade of France.
