Sponsor Proposal:

It is the mission of NYSEF to provide opportunities for athletes of all ages to reach their potential in snow sports-alpine skiing, freestyle skiing, snowboarding, ski jumping, cross country skiing, Nordic combined, and biathlon-through professional guidance and financial support.

Sponsorship Benefits

• Banner placement in finish corral, at registration, inside NYSEF Training Center, on the outside of the training center, and at the Athlete Banquet
• Opportunity to supply brochures or promotional items/material in the Athlete goodie bags
• Logo printed on the back of the athlete shirt given to each skier
• 1 three-day ski ticket to Gore

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES: VIP LOCKER PROGRAM

NYSEF at Whiteface Mountain VIP Locker Program :
We are thrilled you are considering joining the VIP Locker Program. NYSEF is a wonderful environment for kids and families. We believe NYSEF has the best staff of coaches that have developed a fundamental track for athletes to reach their best potential. In order to achieve this excellence we have created the VIP Locker program which gives families the opportunity to be part of that success while taking advantage of our beautiful new facility. The VIP Locker Program is a first come first serve basis. Two season passes to Gore Mt & Whiteface MT., a season locker, season parking pass, private changing area, and VIP jackets are just some of the benefits the VIP Program offers. We have eleven lockers in the NYSEF Loft that are rented every year, once you have a locker you have first refusal for the following year. The VIP Loft is a private area for families with a wonderful view of the mountain, personal boot heaters, coffee, flat screen TV, and couches for relaxing.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES: BUSINESS EXPOSURE

New York Ski Educational Foundation Quick Demographics:

• Between 350-400 athletes and 60 staff make up our annual “NYSEF Family”
• Families mostly come from Montreal, Ottawa, NYC, NJ, NE, CT, Capital Area, Plattsburgh, and the Tri-lakes
• NYSEF hosts over 65 event days each winter season. These events are held at Gore Mt, Whiteface, Olympic Sports Complex at Mt Van Hoevenberg, and Olympic Jumping Complex. Thousands of spectators throughout the year visit these events. Championship events draw athletes and their families from all over New England
• Athletes and coaching staff travel to Oregon, Colorado, Swizerland and Canada every year for training camps.
• Hundreds of thousands of spectators visit the Olympic venues annually (our NYSEF training Center locations)
• Year round fundraising and athletic events help support the programs in all disciplines

Website Package (6 months November –April)

• Logo and Link on the NYSEF Homepage
• Logo in our bi-annual newsletter (1,400 people on the mailing list)

Cost: $250

Bib Sponsorship

• Website package (for 5 years)
• Logo on 500 athlete lycra event bibs. Bibs have a 5 year shelf life and are used at every event

Cost $3,000 (Payable in quarterly installments of $750)

NYSEF Training Center

• Bib sponsorship package
• Gold leaf 4x1 foot wooden sign outside either the Gore Training Center or Whiteface Training Center for 3 years. (other Training Center Sponsors include: Century 21, Northwood School, National Sports Academy, SWIX Sports, and Lincoln Logs)

Cost: $10,000 (Payable in quarterly installments of $2,500) includes the cost of the sign

Staff Uniform Package

• Bib Uniform package
• Logo printed on 60 Staff Uniforms that travel the world. Uniforms have a 2 year shelf life
• 2 Season Ski Passes to Gore Mt and Whiteface

Cost: $12,000 (Payable in quarterly installments of $3,000)

Event Sponsorship (see Event Sponsorship webpage)

• Logo placed on start order, and finish results for athletes
• Logo placed on athlete t-shirt (all athletes get)
• Banner placement in finish coral
• Brochures placed in athlete goodie bags (usually around 200 pieces)
• Ticket(s) to event or ski tickets for the day
