Katie Heintz is is a weekend athlete who is new to ski racing, but that has certainly not gotten in the way of her making some great progress this season! She is consistently one of the hardest working athletes and always with a smile. We look forward to seeing Katie reach her goals and continuing to make us laugh!
Ethan Hejna has made amazing progress over the last 18 months with some help from his incredibly “can-do” attitude that motivates him to keep improving. Ethan is also pretty lucky to have great teammates who push and support him. Ethan went to U19 Nationals at Copper, CO to represent the USSA Eastern Region, Northwood Skiing, and NYSEF.
**Thank you to our hard-working NYSEF coaches for making the very tough decision of which athletes to highlight this month! Keep up the hard work, everyone, and be sure to check out who we feature in the Athlete Spotlight next month!!
